The Global Energy Ventures Group is one of the largest oilfield inspection, lifting, fabrication & manpower services companies operating in the frontier markets of West Africa. We employ in excess of a hundred specialist personnel in the region, delivering uncompromising standards of internationally recognised services to many of the world's leading exploration and production companies as well as local independents.
These services are delivered from our offices and purpose built fabrication facilities located across Abidjan, Cote D'Ivoire and Takoradi, Ghana. From there, we provide base support for our pan African service reach, including Mauritania, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Mozambique, Tanzania & Cameroon. Our groups administrative and recruitment base resides in the UK. Each country & division is managed by expatriate industry professionals complimented by a blend of well trained locals and an International workforce fully conversant with the latest standards & working environment knowledge
Our core expertise is in the deployment of a wide range of NDT inspection services including OCTG to DS1 CAT5, API RP7-G through to LEEA qualified lifting inspections and multi skilled IRATA trained rope access crews.
Complimenting these services, the Group also supplies a broad range of internationally qualified resources from pipe fitters, welders, rig builders through to crane mechanics and electrical engineers to our clients on an ad hoc or permanent basis.
The Groups expansion has been bolstered significantly over the past few years by its entry into the specialist oilfield fabrication and refurbishment sectors. We have been successful in winning several significant construction contracts awards recently ranging from platform extensions, subsea tie in spools packages & extensive topsides pipe work through to helideck deconstructions, new builds and installations.
In keeping with our commitment to the highest standards of workmanship within the industry all of our staff undergo regular training and competency assessments supported by in house permanent Level III representatives. Distinguishing ourselves further, the Group is also ISO:9001 certified & independently verified by DNV
Requisite inspection reporting is supported by our robust web based 'Paperless Reports' system that allows clients to review the operational status of their inventory inc analysis, test results and certification anytime, anywhere.
