We understand the necessity of 3rd party ad hoc and 5 yearly periodic inspections on marine drilling risers which left unattended can cause significant drilling downtime & have cardinal financial impacts on the contractor.

As such Global Energy ventures in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines can maintain and inspect risers under the following conditions :

• Removal of flotation and preparation for blasting including the provision of scaffolding as required
• Painting and blasting to client specification
• NDT inspection and gauging to confirm required measurements
• Repair of flotation module as required
